The Key: Presets System
Mỗi character có một "character file" trong CoolMe AI:
- Saved master prompt
- Style preset
- Saved example images for reference
Khi tạo content cho character X, tôi activate preset X → Consistency maintained automatically.
Weekly Workflow (15 giờ/tuần)
Monday (4 giờ): Visual Batch
9:00–13:00: Tạo toàn bộ visuals cho cả tuần — tất cả 5 characters.
Breakdown:
- 10 images per character × 5 = 50 images
- Average 4 phút/image trong CoolMe AI = 200 phút = ~3.3 giờ
- QC và organize: 40 phút
Output: 50 images, saved in organized Google Drive folders.
Tuesday (3 giờ): Copy Generation
ChatGPT (with custom instructions for each character's voice):
- 10 captions per character × 5 = 50 captions
- Time: 2 giờ generation + 1 giờ review/edit
Wednesday (2 giờ): Scheduling
Buffer: Import all 50 posts with captions for all 10 accounts.
- Optimal times per platform per character
- Time: ~2 giờ including QC
Thursday–Friday (2 giờ): Engagement
30 phút/day: Reply to comments, engage with niche content, respond to DMs.
Weekend (4 giờ): Analytics + Strategy
- Review week's performance per character
- Identify top performers
- Plan next week's content themes
- Brand outreach for applicable characters
